I accept exchanges when items are defective or damaged during the delivery process.
I don't accept returns without any reasons but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we surely find a solution :)
You can cancel your order within 48 hours. Please send me an email to shop@aronjaart.com if you want me to cancel your order. Once your order is in production or has shipped, a cancellation is not possible.
